System Training Workshops
Workshops can be arranged to help new clients design their system processes and user hierarchy.
Client administration training days
These FREE training days are held specifically for Super Administrators responsible for the GMP system on a daily basis.
Online modular webinars
Our one-hour internet workshops can be arranged to refresh or introduce users to a certain area of the system version.
Pre-System Build Design Workshop
Design Workshop Fee is £350.00 per daily workshop session.
These workshops can be arranged to help new clients clarify their requirements and design their system processes and user hierarchy prior to implementing the system within the business.
This workshop is normally attended by the system administration team members, who will take responsibility for the system’s design and implementation within the business. The duration of the workshop is set depending on the experience of the team using relational database systems and processes. Clients have normally taken between 1 to 3 days to sign-off their needs.
Initial Super Administrators System Training
Super Administrator workshops are free, if attended at the GMP Office location. Please note, should a new client require training to be held in their own premises, a fee of £650 per day is made to cover traveling time, transport expenses and accommodation costs prior to the event.
This workshop is to help key personnel who will be responsible for the daily management of the system to manage the processes and understand the functionality within their GMP system version. The workshop is aimed at key administrators to demonstrate all functionality within the system version as they will take responsibility for the data stored and business activities in the system. The agenda of the workshop is set over a full day and runs at a pace influenced by the experience of the team using relational database systems and processes.
Selling Agents Workshops
Selling Agents Workshops fees are £250 for ½ day at GMP Office location. Please note, should clients require training to be held in their own premises a fee of £450 per day is made to cover traveling time, transport expenses and accommodation costs prior to the event.
The workshop is designed to help agents gain experience in, and understand the system functionality to assist in their day-to-day activity. The workshop will explain the functionality available to them from initial system awareness to registering sales enquiries, manging the prospect contact and managing their progress pipelines. Client records and activity management functions are key areas in this event. The pace of the workshop is set depending on the experience of the agents.
Client Administration Team Refresher Workshop
These FREE workshops are held periodically for Super administrators responsible for the GMP-CRM systems.
The Administrators workshop is designed to update this important user group in respect of recent updated or improved functionality. The session allows administrators to cover their own agenda to assist them and pass on knowledge to the full administration team within their business afterwards. The Q and A sessions are priceless and provide increased knowledge for users to gain maximum benefits of the system for themselves, their colleagues and their business.
Online Modular Webinars
The webinar workshops can be arranged to refresh knowledge or introduce users to a certain area of the system version.
The workshop is normally attended by up to four users, in their office as an alternative to travelling to an event workshop. Full concentration can then be given to the actual functionality with full and clear demonstrations. The events can be designed to include two-way communication and a short Q and A session to cement understanding.
Online webinar sessions are £75.00 per hourly session.
